Product Description
Our prefabricated steel structure workshop with crane consists of lightweight steel beams and columns, with welded steel components connected by bolts. This steel structure warehouse is designed for storing metal raw materials and includes a 5-ton electric single girder crane on the crane beam. The design optimizes working space by eliminating middle steel columns, resulting in an efficient steel quantity of just 35 kg per square meter.

Crane Installation Requirements
- The hoisting requirements of unit components must be met, with the inlet valve centerline within the crane auxiliary hook's working range
- Minimum 200-300mm clearance between crane top and building ceiling/roof truss
- Required space for disassembling crane components must be provided on the roof
- Proper clearance between crane end and wall for maintenance and operation
- Crane beam top surface must accommodate operator traffic with proper access
- All safety distances must comply with SDJ 173-85 regulations
