This six-floor steel frame structure residence building features welded H-section steel beams and columns connected by high-strength bolts to form the main frame structure. Galvanized steel floor deck serves as the floor base support.
All steel components are pre-assembled in our factory to ensure compliance with design requirements and quality standards, including proper consideration of deformation values such as weld shrinkage allowance for columns, beams, and supports.
