Project Information: This Light Steel Structure Warehouse is designed for a Logistics Park planned in two phases, covering a total area of 400,000 square meters. The first phase includes 200,000 square meters with a construction scale of 120,000 square meters. The development features two office buildings and specialized warehouses for sports goods along with standard comprehensive warehouses.
The design incorporates a high-level platform with an indoor clear height of 12.5 meters, accommodating various pallet racks and warehouse structures required by VNA warehouses. The 24-meter column span provides exceptional space utilization, allowing flexible division of warehouse space to create customized material flow patterns. Standard office space is included, and the design accommodates large container trucks with a 64-meter wide building span and ample parking facilities.
