Fabrication Process
The H-shaped steel production automatic assembly line first processes steel into H-shaped sections, then into T-shaped steel, before final assembly into cross columns. These columns serve as profile steel for steel-reinforced concrete applications.
Process Flow: Stakeout cutting → H-shaped steel production → T-shaped steel production → Cross column assembly → Welding → Correction → Zero plate assembly.
