Prefabricated Steel Industrial Buildings / Industrial Metal Buildings Construction. This buildings is a heavy industrial steel frame structure building for Caustic soda plant and PVC production plant. It includes main production line for Caustic soda and PVC, piperack, storage area, etc.

Our service for this project include detailing the steel structure drawing, fabrication of the steel structure for main production line, piperack supporting and then delivery the steel structure to construction site.

We fabricated about 2000 tons steel strucutre for this project. As it is a chemial industry project, the fabrication requirement and painting requirement is very strictly. All the steel structure welding line should carry out ultrasonic testing, no fault, full penetration. Shot blasting grade Sa. 2.5 Metal luster, no rust, no oil dirt, no welding spatter, We delivery all the steel structure within 2 months that is totally following the requirement for this project.

The floor space of our steel structre fabrication factory is 35,000㎡, and the workshop area is 20000㎡. We own three light/heavy H steel production lines, BOX production lines, C/Z purlin production lines and various types of profiling steel sheet machines with advanced equipment such as plasma cutting machine.
